Above rates do not include taxes, one-time $150 cleaning fee, or security deposit. Week is Saturday - Friday unless otherwise arranged with owner.
A $300 refundable reservation/security deposit is required for all reservations:
Rental Payment Schedule
- Weekly Rental - For reservations of fewer than 3 weeks, security deposit is due in 72 hours, and full payment (plus $150 cleaning fee) is due 5 days prior to your arrival date.
- Month or more Rental - a rental deposit of 50% of the rent must be received 45 days prior to your arrival date. The balance (plus $150 cleaning fee) must be received 5 days prior to your arrival.
